COVID-19 UPDATE | June 9, 2021
Portsmouth, NH, has lifted its mask mandate. When visiting us, please make yourself comfortable — whatever that means to you — by wearing or not wearing a mask. Our employees also have the choice to wear or to not wear masks. We will continue with our extra cleaning protocol for the foreseeable future. We are wishing everyone a well-deserved very happy summer.
COVID-19 UPDATE | September 10, 2020
We are wishing all the children of our employees, customers, and business partners a successful school year. They are all so brave in facing their new schedules, protocols, and special challenges that this year brings. We are very proud of these little heroes (and their parents)!
We are lifting the COVID-19 no-Returns Policy on a trial basis as we begin implementing the same cleaning protocols for incoming returns as we have for incoming freight.
We remain committed to serving our customers to the highest standards. Please let us know if there is anything that we can do to better support you in your work and projects.
COVID-19 UPDATE | July 31, 2020
A heartfelt thank you to all our customer and vendor partners as we continue to work together to get through the current health and economic crises.
Please note that we are again experiencing a slowdown from some manufacturers who are closing a second time due to COVID-19 concerns. We will keep customers informed if your orders are impacted.
Our doors, phones, and emails remain open and ready for business to help you with your projects. Please remember that we are still closed on Saturdays for the time being.
We are grateful to have been able to keep all employees fully employed during this time. We are truly thankful for each team member’s dedication to our Company and for stepping up to do extra cleaning and sanitizing work that was in no one’s original job description.
Let’s keep working together and we will all get through these tough times a little stronger and a bit wiser.
